徐國辰副主任醫(yī)師

徐國辰，男，博士，心血管專業(yè)，副主任醫(yī)師。 1983~1989第四軍醫(yī)大學醫(yī)療系本科，獲學士學位；1991~1994第四軍醫(yī)大學研究生院心血管病學專業(yè)，獲碩士學位；2003~2005第四軍醫(yī)大學藥學系藥理學專業(yè)/北京大學人民醫(yī)院心血管病研究所，獲博士學位。 師從張寧仔、杜日映教授攻讀碩士學位期間，從事全軍“八五”攻關課題“血管支架預防/治療PTA/PTCA術后急性閉塞與慢性再狹窄”研究，研制成功首例國產(chǎn)不銹鋼動脈血管支架。 師從梅其柄、胡大一教授攻讀博士學位期間，從事“藥物基因組學與脂代謝紊亂患者的個體化治療”研究，開始涉足藥物相互作用和藥物個體化治療與遺傳基因多態(tài)性的相關研究領域。 自2000年從事心血管?？崎T診工作以來，開展心血管疾病的循證醫(yī)學研究，發(fā)表相關研究論文20余篇，參編心血管病學專著2部。2000年獲國家衛(wèi)生部、中國中醫(yī)藥管理局、解放軍總后勤部聯(lián)合舉辦的“中國中醫(yī)藥科技大會”優(yōu)秀論文獎；2004年赴新加坡參加“亞洲青年心血管病專家論壇”國際會議，就在中國本土開展的“藥物基因組學與脂代謝紊亂患者的個體化治療研究”發(fā)表演講。 Dr. Xu Guochen, associate chief physician, specializes in cardiovascular diseases. Dr. Xu graduated from the department of medicine (six-year course) of the Fourth Military Medical University in 1989, and was awarded Medical Bachelor Degree. He majored cardiovascular diseases at graduate school of the Fourth Military Medical University from 1991 to 1994, and was awarded Master Degree of Medical Science. He majored in cardiovascular pharmacology at the department of pharmacology of the Fourth Military Medical University and Angiocardiopathy Institute of Peking University People's Hospital from 2002 to 2005, and was awarded Doctoral Degree of Medical Science. Dr. Xu studied for master degree under supervision of professors Zhang Ningzi and Du Riying, and his research was focused on Preventing/Curing PTA/PTCA Postoperative Acute Closure and Chronic Restenosis by using Stent for Key Technologies Research and Development Program of the army during the 8th Five-Year Plan Period. He successfully developed the first domestic stainless steel coronary stent in China. Dr. Xu’s doctoral study on pharmacogenomics of individualized treatment of lipid metabolism disorder was conducted under supervision of professors Mei Qibing and Hu Dayi. Meanwhile Dr. Xu initiated the investigation on drug interactions, clinical individualized treatment genetic polymorphism.
